In today's fast-paced world, stress can easily take root in our lives, affecting both mental and physical health. It’s hard to deny the power of holistic practices in helping individuals manage stress more effectively and sustainably. Let’s explore a few evidence-based strategies that can be integrated into your daily routine.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils like lavender, bergamot, and chamomile to promote relaxation. Inhalation or topical application can reduce cortisol levels and support better sleep—especially useful during high-stress periods.

Acupuncture, an ancient Chinese practice, targets specific points in the body to balance energy flow. Many patients report a decrease in anxiety symptoms and a general sense of calm after regular sessions.

Yoga combines physical movement with breathwork, grounding the body and mind. Even just 15 minutes a day can improve mood, decrease muscle tension, and enhance emotional regulation.
